Stainless Steel Pans

1) Here's the link to the honeycomb pan, I use 26" — https://s.shopee.sg/2BCFVUm4Rk

The honeycomb design is helpful to prevent sticking, but I won't say its exactly like a typical nonstick pan. For meats, its ok to use without oil, but for eggs, still have to use. I use much lesser than typical stainless steel pans though, so that's a good thing!

If you like to make meats with sticky marinades, for eg teriyaki or honey glazed, the residue can stay stuck in the honeycomb design⚠️

To clean:

I usually add water to the pan and boil to lift all the stuck on bits. Using this stainless steel scrubber is amazing too: https://s.shopee.sg/1BJiJxDP9A

For stubborn stains, you can try this: https://s.shopee.sg/3LOCtxpMUr

Non-honeycomb pans I use:
